Apt. 27 'Papagayo'

We really needed a break after a long winter and this is exactly what we got. Peaceful surroundings in a very clean and comfortable apartment.No struggle to get sun beds, a lovely pool area and great facilities. We will definitely return.Thank you Simone.

The appartment is perfect. There is enough room, the kitchen has all you need except an exit iff you cook yourself. Salt, sugar and pepper were present even as 2 bottles of water an a bottle of wine. An update would be perfect, but as it is now, it fits the needs. Also TV in the bedroom instead of the living would be better. Simonne explains everything and is available if needed. The complex itself is very well maintained and clean. Excellent swimming pool, perfect to relax. Never crowdy as there are only few residents. Some good restaurants nearby if you have a car. We had a wonderfull stay and will be back !

Excellent quiet location close to the shops and bars. Daughter and granddaughter came for a week for the first time and loved it especially the duck pool where she loved fishing she even caught a star fish (we did release it). The gardener and room service lady was lovely and helpful.

The apartments are fully equipped and immaculately clean to ensure a relaxing and peaceful time. Simone is always available and happy to help in the unlikely event of issues occurring.

Simone was a fantastic host throughout my stay, helping me to navigate the island and further enjoy my stay. The apartment was perfect and very clean, the cleaners on site were so lovely and friendly too.

First time a 'Charco del Palo apartments'. The apartment and the pool area is very comfortable and clean . We spent wonderful time in the area ... even if the weather wasn't very good. Simone is 'always on the job' ... sending plenty of information ... and suggesting what to do if the weather isn't so good ...

As always we have had a wonderful stay here. Simone has updated the apartments and they are very comfortable with everything you need. The apartment and the area around are kept beautifully clean and tidy. It is easy to book with Simone and she sends out plenty of information and the necessary details for arrival and departure. We will be back again. Very good value for money too.

Absolutely fantastic holiday soo relaxing. Weather was amazing. Staff so friendly and helpful. Also the staff on the complex very friendly. Looking forward to going back. Roll on the next holiday.

The apartment was very clean & convenient for all the local facilities. Well furnished & with those little extras that make a stay comfortable & relaxing. We live on Lanzarote & come to Charco de Palo regularly for chilled breaks. Now that we have found Simone’s apartments we will always use them. Thanks for a very relaxing weekend.We strolled across for fresh coffee & bread at the commercial centre ( 2 minutes walk) every morning and wined and dined at Lili’s Bar.One word sums up our time here …PERFECT! Amazing place for a holiday in the sun

Just a wonderful place!

My wife and I stayed in these Charco del Palo apartments in October and loved every moment of our 10 night stay. We have always found the October weather in Lanzarote to be perfect and this year was no exception. From the moment you book your stay in these apartments Simone is in contact to give all the details you need to know, and throughout your stay she remains in contact to give you very extensive information on the local area and upcoming events. The apartments are spotlessly clean and have everything you need for your stay. There is a large pool set in the middle of the grounds around which the apartments are set. The grounds are beautifully kept by a very industrious and efficient grounds staff. The caretaking and cleaning staff ensure towels and bedding are changed regularly and the apartments are presented to each new customer in perfect condition. We loved our stay there and are already trying to arrange our commitments for our next visit.

The house is located two minutes walk from the sea. It is very nice and the lawn and the outdoor swimming pool are kept with great care. Simone is always very available to the needs of his guests. I hope to come back soon!

Das Apartment 32 in der 1. Etage mit Terrasse, hat einen tollen Blick zum Meer und war sehr sauber. Es ist neu renoviert und gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Schlafzimmer ist das Bett mit einer hochwertigen Matratze und Kopfkissen ausgestattet, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen! Simone ist eine Eigentümerin, mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für ein ausgeglichenes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! Die Apartment Anlage, welche Sie zusammen mit einem weiteren Eigentümer betreibt, ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool blitzsauber. In der Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist vermerkt, dass im Pool und angrenzender Liegewiese nur FKK gestattet ist. Dies hatten einige Gäste sowie ich überlesen und wir kamen in Bikini Hose/ Badehose. Bis auf ein Paar haben nach meiner Einschätzung alle Anderen gut zusammen harmoniert, man traf sich ja auch in der Natur Badebucht und beim Spaziergang am Meer.

El complejo es súper tranquilo, ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones de relax. Simone y los trabajadores son muy serviciales y atentos. Sin duda alguna repetiríamos la estancia, ha sido perfecto.

La estancia ha sido estupenda, Simone ha sido muy atenta y servicial en todo momento, te recomienda restaurantes, playas, atardeceres,… El complejo es muy tranquilo, perfecto para disfrutar unos días de paz. Muy buenas condiciones, sin duda alguna recomendamos mucho venir aquí.
